ANOTHER VISIT FROM MAGGIE?
Desert Living has been nominated for two Maggie Awards from the Western Publications Association (WPA)! While most magazines are happy putting PDF’s of their layouts on the web, DL wanted to go one step further with an interactive, fully flippable replica of the magazine that links to advertisers and editorial web sites. That cutting-edge technology got us nominated for Best E-Zine! And when we had the crazy idea of suiting the talented folks at merz[project] architecture in Spring Fashion and having them photographed by Jeff Newton, we had no idea the project was award-worthy (well, yea, we kinda did). It’s nominated for Best Color Editorial Spread. Keep your fingers crossed for Desert Living!
